Before You Buy – Peak Potentials Tips

[+/-] show/hide this post

Remember it is a Company – Peak Potentials is a profit turning corporation. They do not do anything out of the goodness of their hearts; corporations don’t have hearts! There is a front end, a back end, and a middle end for making money. You are a paying customer; always demand to be treated like one. It is not a personal relationship.

Premier Seating Tip Off – Premier Seating is given to the big spenders, those who have purchased the packages with Peak Potentials. These people are considered the ideal customer, so Peak Potentials wants them front and center. In all likelihood, a Peak Potentials seminar that has Premier Seating will be a heavy sales seminar. That is, a good portion of the seminar will be spent giving you information that ropes your thinking into buying another product from them or one of their keynote speakers. If you are seeking seminars that are heavy on content and activity, but lighter on sales (notice I say lighter, but not without), then the Premier Seating events may not be your best options.

Negotiate – Harv is a master negotiator, but his staff is not. They offer many different prices, many different payment options, in other words, they have flexibility. Don’t be afraid to ask.

Make Sure You Have the CASH – Harv states in his earlier seminars that you don’t want the people who have to put it on credit. He felt that people shouldn’t go into debt in order to attend. This teaching didn’t make it through the funnel, as the current MMI sales pitches state you should “do what it takes” to get to these programs. They mention credit, and give specific stories of people who go into debt in order to attend these seminars, but quickly make it back. If you don’t have the money, try the MMI first. Use Harv’s tools to gain the wealth. Then, go back to his next MMI or Millionaire Mind Evening if you still wish to purchase future programs.

Buy the Book – Peak Potentials is going to phase out the “free” portion of the three-day MMI soon. They will offer a Millionaire Mind Evening free instead. The MMI is an exact duplicate of his book, stories and all. Save yourself some time and money by reading the “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind” book first, and implementing his initial plan.

Save Time with CD’s – Harv’s CD’s from earlier programs offer some great content, with most of the sales pitches removed. This may save you the time and money involved in attending the seminars if you are a good audio learner. Contact Peak Potentials to see if these are available for sale.

Always Do Your Research!! – The Better Business Bureau says it best, “If the offer is good today, it will be good tomorrow”. Take the time to research what you are buying before you buy it.

Speaking of the BBB, they offer some information on Peak Potentials:

Legal Waivers – If you do purchase any seminars from Peak Potentials, then you may be signing quite a few waivers. Not that anything is going to happen but they make sure that they are legally covered. You will be completely responsible for yourself and anything that happens. Use your own judgment and know that you make the decision if you do something or not. Word of advice: Trust your Gut and Go with It

Know Your Outs – All of the Peak Potentials seminars should come with a 10-day refund clause, by law I believe (possibly due to the high pressure sales). They won’t mention this to you, so ask before you purchase. Use those 10 days wisely to make sure this is the right thing for you, and promptly ask for a refund if not.

Identify the Sales – Peak Potentials runs high-pressure sales programs, and they are sneaky. You may not realize you are being sold too, until they are half way into the pitch. Check my Sales Pitch section at right for some info on their tactics.
